£450 Per Week.
£10 Pet Fee (if applicable)

Book  Online via Trip Advisor
£450 per week, plus Trip Advisors £65 Booking Fee.
A single £10.00 cleaning fee per booking.

Payment

This rental can be booked direct with owner via the Contact us page.

You can also book and pay online through TripAdvisor’s holidaylettings.co.uk using your credit/debit card or PayPal.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking.
Balance is payable 30 days prior to check-in date.

Arrival & Departure

Check in from 3.00 pm (Saturday)
Check out by 10:00 am on day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

The 10% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

If guest pays the full balance on time, you will receive either:
A 50% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least eight weeks before check-in.
A 25% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

Pets

Pets are most welcome. Only small pets are permitted upstairs.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT not permitted upstairs.
