The property which has full central heating, with each room carpeted, except from the dining room, which has wooden flooring and rugs, comprises of the following:

SITTING ROOM comfortably furbished, with a color television and traditional massive open hearth fire, electric fire in place, backed by thermostatic central heating.

KITCHEN parquet floor in oak with modern kitchen units in oak and stainless steel incorporating split level cooker with Zanussi dishwasher and refrigerator. Full inventory of crockery and utensils, plus microwave oven.

DINING ROOM This room with sea views on either side opens out onto a patio through french windows overlooking the beach. Being secluded it provides amenity for sunbathing.

The central heating system is by a Trianco oil-fired boiler as is the hot water supply. There is also an independent dimplex panel heater in this room.

UTILITY ROOM Fitted with a dimplex heater, washing machine, tumble drier and ironing boar etc.  Included in this room is a portable folding single bed from Scotts of Stow.

UPSTAIRS there is one DOUBLE bedroom and one single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a lavatory, bath, and a walk in shower. bed linen is provided.

Television and telephone points are fitted in all the main room. The oil-fired central heating system is programmed from 7:00am to 11:00am and 6:30pm to 11:00pm and is inclusive in the weekly charge. Electricity is by one pound coin metre, and the telephone is for incoming calls only. There is a public call box 200 yards away. Please keep all dogs downstairs except tiny ones.

By arrangement, rough shooting, tennis and sailing can be enjoyed. There is a sub-aqua centre nearby with full facilities. For the bird watcher Orkney provides unrivaled opportunities for the many rare species to be seen.
